About the founder
Philip Tirone is the founder and CEO of 720 System Strategies, the only marketing and intake system built exclusively for consumer bankruptcy attorneys.

Founder and CEO, 720 System Strategies
Over a career that began in the mortgage industry more than three decades ago, he has become one of the most recognized voices in bankruptcy marketing, known for an approach that treats filing as an emotional decision before a legal one. He builds his systems around two things traditional marketing agencies don't understand: the psychology of the debtor, and the inner workings of a bankruptcy firm. Because 720 System Strategies works with bankruptcy attorneys and no one else, Philip understands how cases move, where intake breaks down, and why good leads slip through the cracks of a busy firm.
Philip's path to bankruptcy marketing started from the inside of the credit system. As a mortgage broker, he watched how lenders judged risk and how ordinary people stayed trapped in cycles of debt simply because no one had taught them how credit works. That insight became 7 Steps to a 720 Credit Score, the credit-education program he created to help people rebuild their scores quickly and ethically after a financial setback, a program that has since guided tens of thousands of students toward a fresh start.
From there, Philip connected the dots, giving bankruptcy attorneys (and their clients) access to 7 Steps to a 720 Credit Score. As former chairperson of the board of Evergreen Financial Counseling, a nonprofit providing pre- and post-bankruptcy debtor education, he focused on the compassionate guidance people need during one of the hardest moments of their lives. And with 720 System Strategies, he turned his philosophy and education into a complete marketing and intake engine, one that catches the leads firms are already paying for, removes the shame and fear that stall debtors' decisions, and re-engages debtors across every window of motivation, not just the first.
That through-line defines his work: bankruptcy isn't rock bottom, it's a turning point.
Today, Philip shares what he's learned from thousands of campaigns nationwide through the 720 System Strategies YouTube channel and the 720 Credit Score YouTube channel, helping consumer bankruptcy attorneys grow their practices while helping their clients find a path from debt to financial freedom.
“I build systems that remove friction for attorneys and remove shame for clients. When those two things happen together, firms grow, and people get their lives back.”
Philip understands setback and rebound because he has lived both. A self-declared "comeback kid," he was denied admission to every university but one (and accepted there only on the condition that he enroll in remedial English). Four years later, he graduated as Man of the Year.
He believes unusual circumstances are what forge an exceptional life, and his own has been anything but ordinary: he volunteered alongside Mother Teresa in Calcutta, lived in an 800-square-foot home in Mexico with nine people and no running water, and nearly entered the Catholic seminary. When he realized the priesthood wasn't his calling, he built a program that grew priesthood enrollment in the Los Angeles diocese by 500 percent in two years.
A Roman Catholic and Invested member of the Order of Malta, Philip channels that same conviction into service. He serves as Chairman of the Board for Sunrise for Rural Dwellers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing healthcare to rural Nigeria, and sits on the board of the Holy Family Hospital Foundation, which supports a neonatal hospital just 1,000 yards from the birthplace of Christ in Bethlehem. He is a father of five and lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
